Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal information this website collects when you use the solar estimate and request a call.

What we collect

• ZIP code, monthly electric bill, street address, city, and the state we match from the ZIP code
• Whether you own the home, and how you describe roof shade
• Name, phone number, email address, and the time window you choose for a call
• The estimate we calculate from those inputs
• The consent text you agree to, a version id, and the time you submit
• The page URL, the referring URL if the browser sends one, your IP address, and your user agent

Why we collect it

We use this information to show the estimate and to have a specialist, or a solar partner, contact you about your request. We also use the consent record, IP address, user agent, and page URL as a record that the checkbox was presented and accepted.

Who receives it

The lead, including the consent record, is emailed to our team. If we have turned them on, we also send a short text alert to our team and a copy of the lead to a webhook we control, such as a future CRM. We share the request with solar partners so they can contact you about solar. That sharing can matter under state privacy laws. Email info@boostedenterprise.com if you want us to stop further sharing. A partner who already received the request may still have it.

We do not run a separate consumer account database in this version. The lead lives in those delivery channels and in server logs.

Advertising tags

If advertising measurement ids are configured, the thank-you page may load Google or Meta tags and send a lead event after a successful request. Those tags are not loaded on other pages in this version. Ask us if you want to know whether they are currently on.

How long we keep it

Email, text, webhook, and log retention follow those systems. Email info@boostedenterprise.com if you want a request deleted from inboxes we control. We cannot erase a copy a partner already received.

Children

This site is for adults asking about a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
