Short answer

For a conversation about your house, use the estimate form so the consent and the address are recorded together. For a question about this website, see the privacy policy. We have not listed a phone number or a street address.

A call about your house

Start at the estimate. The form is the intake. It is not a live chat line.

The form asks for a ZIP code, a bill, the address, ownership, shade, your name, a phone number, an email, a time window, and the consent checkbox. Those fields exist so the person who calls has a reason to call and a record that you agreed. How an introduction works is the rest of the path.

If you already know you want three written bids and you do not want a call from us, you do not have to fill it out. The guides are public.

A question about the website

See the privacy policy and include the page URL if you think a figure is wrong.

If a cited number has been updated by EIA, Berkeley Lab, or the IRS, that email is how we hear about it. Please send the source link. We would rather correct a page than defend a stale one.

We cannot look up your utility account, your tax return, or a permit by email. Those belong to the utility, your preparer, and the installer you hire.

What is intentionally missing

A street address and a published phone number are missing until the owner of the business provides the real ones.

Inventing a suite number or a call-center line would make the site look more official than the facts allow. LocalBusiness schema on this site therefore has no street address and no telephone. When those exist, they can be added without changing the estimate or the consent language.

Google Search Console verification is also waiting on a code from the site owner. The site will emit a verification meta tag if NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_SITE_VERIFICATION is set in the host. We do not ship a fake code.

What a lead contains

Contact details, the house details you typed, the estimate inputs, and the consent record, including IP address and user agent.

The privacy policy lists this. Leads are emailed to the business inbox. Optional text alerts and a webhook run only if those services are configured. We do not run a separate consumer account you can log into.

Questions on this page

Can I call you?

There is no published phone number on this page. Use the estimate form for a house, or the privacy policy for a question about the site.

Where do I send a removal request?

The privacy policy says how to reach the inboxes we control. An installer who already received a lead may still have it.

Do you have an office I can visit?

Not one listed on this site. Do not rely on a map pin we did not publish.

See a labeled estimate for your bill

Enter a ZIP code and a typical electric bill. The result is an estimate, not a quote, and it shows the assumptions.
